There is no more universal language than that of art for expressing solidarity and connection. This year, students, faculty, and staff at The American University of Paris engaged in a vast, community-building project with Souria Houria, a remarkable association that provides socio-educative and psychological support to displaced Syrians in France. Two other associations, Revivre and Alwane, joined us along the way to contribute to our collective work. The result is 鈥淪yria: Drawing an Uncertain Future鈥� will be unveiled at a private exhibition on May 18 for all the participants of this beautiful project.
